Kevin Cram was born in San Diego, California and spent most of his formative years in Colorado and Utah. He attended BYU and received his degree in Linguistics with an emphasis on teaching English as a second language. He joined the Army National Guard in 1986 and moved to Kauai in 1988.
For 30 years, before starting a career in real estate, Kevin operated Snuba Tours of Kauai, a shallow water dive system designed to give people the thrill of SCUBA without the need to be certified. He enjoyed meeting different people from all parts of the world.
Kevin prides himself on providing others with positive experiences and wants to form and bolster friendships with all those he comes into contact with. He joined Corcoran Pacific Properties in 2020 because of their exemplary training and mentorship programs. He intends to focus his attention on the Kauai real estate market.
Kevin and his wife, a nurse at Wilcox Hospital, have been married for 38 years and have raised three boys and three girls. Kevin enjoys soccer and scuba diving and relishes both religion and service to others including volunteering in the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO), working as a volunteer chaplain for the Kauai Police Department, and serving in various teaching and leadership positions in his church. He is also a substitute teacher at Kapaa High School where he is currently the boys varsity soccer coach.
